Food has always been my greatest passion in life. After being trained as a chef in the UK, I’ve worked in restaurants from the age of 16. During my 10-year residency in the Netherlands, I specialised in various cuisines, from traditional Dutch food to authentic Asian dishes, including sushi. Since returning to the UK and embracing a vegan lifestyle, I have broadened my skill set and am now confident in turning any dish into an equally delicious plant-based dish.
