INGREDIENTS

(for about 20 servings)

  • 250 ml

    Vegetable Oil

  • 150 ml

    Soy Milk

  • 1/4 tsp

    Mustard

  • 1 tsp

    Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp

    Salt

  • 50 gr

    Wild Garlic

  • 50 ml

    Olive Oil

Method

  1. Add the oil, soy milk, mustard, apple cider vinegar and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Thinly slice about 15 large Wild Garlic leaves.

  3. Add the wild garlic and olive oil to the blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

You can store the aioli for up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
