Ingredients

(For about 14 servings)

  • 15 gr
    Wild Garlic
  • 200 gr

    Vegan Butter

  • 2 tsp

    Sea Salt

Method

  1. Finely chop up about 15 large Wild Garlic leaves.

  2. Soften the vegan butter in the microwave.

  3. Add the chopped wild garlic and sea salt and mix together.

Notes

Store the butter in an air-tight container in the fridge.
