INGREDIENTS

    Portobello Mushrooms

  • 1

    Shallot (diced)

  • 100 gr

    Vegan Bacon

  • 100 gr

    Vegan Cheese

  • 50 gr

    Bread Crumbs

  • 2 tsp

    Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp

    Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp

    Dill

  • 1/2 tsp

    Salt

Method

  1. Sautee the shallots and garlic.

  2. Add the vegan bacon and fry until cooked.

  3. Fill each mushroom equally with the stuffing.

  4. Top with vegan cheese and bread crumbs.

  5. Bake in oven at 200c for 20minutes.
