INGREDIENTS

(for 6 servings)

  • 150 gr

    Smoked Tofu

  • 200 gr

    Oyster Mushrooms

  • 100 gr

    Carrot

  • 100 gr

    Mooli

  • 25 gr

    Ginger

  • 1 tin

    Black Beans

  • 75 ml

    Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp

    Cumin

  • 1/4 tsp

    Coriander

Method

  1. Peal and dice the carrot and mooli. Chop the mushrooms and tofu.

  2. Add some sesame oil to a hot wok.

  3. Add ginger, mushrooms, carrots and mooli. Stir well.

  4. Wash the black beans and add to the pan.

  5. Stir well and add the garlic, cumin and coriander.

  6. Add soy sauce and sir well.

Notes

Add some water if the vegetables get too dry during frying.
